Returns and Exchanges 

- Unless Stella made a shipping error, shipping is non-refundable. 

- Stella does not cover the cost of return labels, except when Stella is entirely responsible for any errors with your order, including defective or wrong item(s) shipped. 

- Refunds from returns can only be issued to your original payment method, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee, as well as the return shipping cost. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or to a different form of payment. 

- To avoid the 15% restocking fee, you may choose to receive store credit as Stella Hair Cash. Hair Cash is valid for up to a year following the date of issue. 

- Expedited returns are only allowed if you repurchase the products to be shipped to you; once the returned items are received, Stella will inspect and confirm that the returned items are in proper condition and will then credit the appropriate amount to your account​ 

-Exchanges and/or Returns will only be considered, with a restocking fee, for the following reasons: 

     -Stella made an error 

     -Hair is unopened and unused 

     -Hair is in original packaging


NO REFUNDS will be given on used hair.
